Todd Halpen, PGA of Canada Class “A”, Director of Golf
Todd has dedicated over 30 years to the game of golf; as a student, a professional player, entrepreneur, and now a teacher. With an extensive competitive, instructional, and business background, Todd is situated to give you the resources, expertise and clarity you need to maximize your efforts.
His experience as a tour player, business owner (Golfers Toolbox, Golf & Tacos) and his university education (BSc. Behavioural Psychology, UVIC) helps YOU achieve more in golf than you thought possible!
You will have access to teaching and training technologies at every lesson including, Trackman, Boditrak, Hack Motion and Onform Video Analysis. These lessons often occur on successive days to prepare for a golf trip, or to address all areas of the game (Driving, Iron Play, Short Game, Putting) and prepare you for independent practice time.

Greg Johnson, PGA of Canada Class “A”, Teaching Professional
A born and raised Calgarian, Greg has been a PGA of Canada member since 2009 and Class “A” member since 2016. Greg specializes in teaching and coaching, focusing on swing techniques and how physical and mental training enhance a player’s skills. Greg’s plans are organized and goal-oriented, catering to both experienced players and beginners. His lessons incorporate advanced technologies like Trackman, Boditrak, Hackmotion, and Onform video analysis, offering concrete data for students’ to visualize their progress and improvement.

Matt Seifert, PGA of Canada Class “A”, Teaching Professional
Matt has been a successful PGA of Canada professional for 16 years, and is a welcome addition to the Golfuture YYC team. He loves coaching everything golf including physical, mental and technical aspects. He enjoys teaching all levels of players, adapting to their unique goals and needs, and making the entire process as enjoyable as he can. His goals for every student is to ensure a long term success plan, not just a quick fix, and prides himself on excellent communication skills and positive energy.

Alan Robertson, PGA of Canada Class “A”, Teaching Professional
Alan joined the PGA of Canada in 1978, following a very good junior amateur career in Victoria, BC.Alan has a great passion for teaching and strives to help others enjoy the game as much as he does- His strengths include focused one-on-one communication, helping each student identifying his or hers challenges and his experience- His instruction style is laid back and fun, while still challenging his students to break through. He coaches students to improve with a game plan and goal in mind_ He uses a variety of teaching aids, mirrors, and alignment rods to evaluate his students skills. He has mentored a wide range of students of all different abilities from beginners to elite professionals, juniors to seniors, males and females, right and left handed.
With his 30+ years of experience, he has researched various methods of teaching and is able to adapt his teaching style to each individual student.
